“Yoga for Back Care” Part 1 Open and Release

This first video for Back Care teaches how to release back pain caused by tight back, hip  and leg muscles. Deborah begins with classic opening postures, followed by a deepening sequence for opening and releasing tight hamstrings and key leg muscles, hips and the lumbar/Sacral region. Final relaxation for stress reduction and integration at the end is included. Other areas of the spine may find relief through this sequence.   


Props needed, A yoga mat, yoga belt or a strap, 2 blankets or a bolster or 2 towels and chair or couch.  Stay tuned for “Yoga for Back Care” Part 2 , Stabilize and Strengthen
